Medicare A Under COVID-19 Emergency

Attached is a clarification from AHCA that follows our previous interpretation produced through PHCA.  There are no changes to our previous discussions.  

I added some emphasis to the FAQs that we have been receiving.

Super condensed version remains:  Treat all Medicare A eligible residents as if they are in their 30-day skill window.  A change in condition would warrant consideration of skilled services and Medicare A status.
