ADL Training
Do you want to end the never-ending cycle of getting your nurse aides and licensed staff to document accurately? Whether your staff codes per instance, several times per shift or once per shift, we provide training to help them understand specifically what it is that they are saying when they are coding away in books, screens or kiosks. We provide an evaluation 2 weeks prior to the ADL training and 2 weeks after the ADL training to establish how much progress was made. With a focus on accuracy, your nurse aides may finally understand just how much they dictate their own staffing levels and what they risk when coding it wrong and/or doing it wrong.
